Unlocking Global Education: Connecting Students to Top U.S. Universities

The recently concluded EducationUSA Nigeria College Fair was a resounding success, drawing hundreds of students, parents, and educators to explore opportunities for studying abroad. Held at various locations in Lagos, the fair hosted over 50 universities and institutions from the US. The event provided an invaluable platform for aspiring students to engage directly with representatives, gain insights into global education systems, and explore scholarship opportunities.

We are proud to announce that PathwayCare Education was a part of it. One amazing thing during the fair was the maximization of time, which was achieved by not dwelling on too much speech but diving into introducing universities in the US. From large research institutions to small liberal arts colleges, the fair featured a diverse range of U.S. schools, each offering unique programs and experiences.

"The world is big and I want to have a good look at it before it gets dark."

Participating universities included well-known names such as Lewis University, Aarhus University, Aalborg University, and University of Copenhagen, as well as several smaller institutions known for their specialized programs and strong student communities. Representatives from each university provided detailed information on undergraduate and graduate programs, ranging from STEM fields like engineering and computer science to arts, humanities, and social sciences. Attendees could ask specific questions about course offerings, faculty, campus resources, and opportunities for research and internships.

One of the key attractions for many students was the extensive information on financial aid and scholarship opportunities. U.S. education is often seen as expensive, but several universities presented various scholarship programs and financial aid packages designed specifically for international students. PathwayCare Education is intentional about not only doing the work for the students but also sensitizing them and exposing them to a world of opportunities. Our students were excited to be part of the EducationUSA College Fair and gained valuable insight by asking the right questions to University representatives.
